This month, we are pleased to share our ACHIEVEMENT support module.
Without a doubt, we all want to succeed in life. Whether it be in our personal lives via the pursuit of happiness, or in our careers via reaching our professional goals, the ultimate goal is that sense of Achievement.
There are many factors that contribute to how well we succeed in bringing our goals to fruition. Ability is one thing, however, there is much more to it than just being ‘able’. It is also important to possess a strong determination to apply and develop skills and abilities to complete assignments, rather than just play around with ideas.
Achievements are often hard won. Career achievers have changed the face of medicine, engineering, science, aviation, industry, music, theatre, politics, art, and social life. In the main, it is about outputs and results. Understanding the psychology of achievement is important. Applying the CPS Model will help you to focus your approach and enable you to identify your opportunities, and in turn, assist you in turning those opportunities into achievements!
